The basic components of paper making machinery according to the order of paper formation are divided into wire part, pressing part, pre drying, after pressing, after drying, calendering machine, paper rolling machine, etc. The process is to dehydrate the pulp output by the headbox in the mesh part, compress it in the pressing part to make the paper layer uniform, dry before drying, then enter the press on the sizing, then enter the dryer drying treatment, and then use the presser to smooth the paper, and finally form the jumbo roll paper through the paper reel. The common process is as follows:
1. Pulping section: raw material selection → cooking and fiber separation → washing → bleaching → washing and screening → concentration → storage and reserve.
2. Wire part: Pulp flows out from the headbox, evenly distributed and interwoven on the cylinder mold or wire part.
3. Press part: The wet paper removed from the net surface is led to a roller with paper making felt. Through the extrusion of the roller and the water absorption of felt, the wet paper is further dehydrated, and the paper is tighter, so as to improve the paper surface and increase the strength.
4. Dryer part: Because the moisture content of the wet paper after pressing is still as high as 52%~70%, it is no longer possible to use mechanical force to remove moisture, so let the wet paper through many hot steam dryer surface to dry the paper.
5. Winding part: The paper roll is made by the paper winding machine.
