The working principle of Toilet Paper Rewinding Machine

The working principle of the Toilet Paper Rewinding Machine is mainly as follows:
Paper laying and flattening
Place the large axis paper on the paper feeding rack and transfer it to the paper feeding roller through the automatic paper feeding device and paper feeding device. During the paper feeding process, the paper bar device            will flatten the paper surface to avoid wrinkles or curling, ensuring that the paper enters the subsequent process smoothly.
Punching holes
The flattened paper enters the punching device and holes are punched at a certain distance on the paper as needed for easy tearing during subsequent use. The punching device usually adopts a spiral punching method,              which can automatically adjust the length of the line distance through a gear type infinite transmission without the need to replace the gears.

Roll and Paper
The punched paper reaches the guide roll device, which is equipped with hollow paper shaft devices on both sides of the guide roll for the production of centerless roll paper. The tightness of the roll paper can be adjusted          by air pressure control to achieve the appropriate tightness. When the roll paper reaches the specified specification, the equipment will automatically stop and push out the roll paper.
Cutting and sealing
After the roll paper is pushed out, the paper cutter separates the roll paper and automatically sprays adhesive to seal it, ensuring that the end of the roll paper is firmly attached and preventing looseness. Subsequently, the        large saw divides the paper into rolls of different specifications, which can be cut to a fixed length according to the set length.
Counting and Control
The equipment is equipped with an infrared automatic counting device and an automatic shutdown function, which automatically decelerates and counts upon arrival. The entire process is controlled by computer                        programming PLC and frequency converter, achieving automated production and improving production efficiency and product quality stability.
