In March 2023, on the occasion of the National Two Sessions, a total of four toilet paper machines of Heng’an Group, Sichuan Huanlong Group and Shaoneng Group were started in succession.
At the beginning of March, the two paper machines PM3 and PM4 of the Huanlong High-grade Household Paper Expansion Project were successfully put into operation in Qingshen Base. The two paper machines are Baotuo BC1600-2850 crescent toilet paper machines with an annual capacity of 25000 tons.

On March 5, the PM30 production line with an annual output of 30000 tons of household paper for the sixth phase project of Hengan Group’s Hunan Base was successfully put into operation. The paper machine is provided by Baotuo Company, with a width of 3650mm and a speed of 1800m/min. When the project is put into operation, the total annual capacity of Hengan Group can reach 1.49 million tons.
On March 5, Shaoneng Group Leiyang Cailun Paper Products Co., Ltd. PM11 was successfully put into operation. The paper machine is provided by Baotuo Company. The net paper width is 2850mm, the design speed is 1200m/min, and the annual capacity is about 20000 tons. The first phase of Leiyang Papermaking Project of Shaoneng Group is planned to have 16 high-grade toilet base papers with a total capacity of 320000 tons/year.
