Working principle of napkin machine

The napkin machine mainly consists of several steps, including unwinding, slitting, folding, embossing (some of which are), counting and stacking, packaging, etc. Its working principle is as follows:
Unwinding: The raw paper is placed on the raw paper holder, and the driving device and tension control system ensure that it is unwinding at a certain speed and direction while maintaining stable tension.
Slitting: Using a rotating or fixed cutting tool in conjunction with a pressure roller, the raw paper is cut according to the set width, and the width is controlled by a slitting spacing adjustment mechanism.
Folding: Using Z-shaped, C-shaped, V-shaped and other folding methods, the folding plate and other components are driven by a driving motor and transmission device to fold the cut paper strips according to the set requirements.

Embossing: With embossing function, patterns are printed on napkins under pressure through embossing rollers and pressure rollers engraved with patterns. The pressure can be adjusted and the embossing roller can be replaced to adjust the effect.
Counting Stacking: Using photoelectric sensors or mechanical counters to count quantities, the conveyor belt and stacking platform stack according to the set quantity.
Packaging: The packaging machine loads it into boxes or bags, performs sealing, labeling, and other operations, and automatically completes the packaging according to preset parameters.
